The above blog refers to dataverse but you can try same for on-premise.

Not sure,

But try by IIS RESET and CRM Service RESET.

Pradeep Rai are you sure that Polymorphic fields are actually supported on-premise? I'm getting a different error when using the XRMToolbox which states "An error occured when creating Polymorphic lookup column: CreatePolymorphicLookupAttribute#2011/Organization.svc".

Hi,

Could anyone figure it out that are Polymorphic fields actually supported on-premise 9.1 ?

when I try it with XRM Toolbox I get the same error.
