SL2011 SP2 Object model and Windows Services

Hi All,

Recently we are customizing a windows services to automate some import process from another database. When we try to start the services, the error below occurs.

"Service cannot be started. System.Exception: Unable to establish connection with MSDynamicsSL.SIVToolbarRemoteObject. Unable to ping remote instance."

We can login the SL successfully manually. SQL version is SQL 2008 or SQL 2012 SP1 also cannot work.

Does anyone encounter this error? Any advice is much appreciated.
