I cannot see "Feature: Run Automate Automatically flows without leaving Business Central" in Feature Management.

I am using Business Central version 21.2 (21.2.49946.50464) and I was wondering why I am unable to run my recently created Power Automate Flows within Business Central.
My goal is apart from enabling it, to be able to execute my Purchase Order (List) flow for bulk rows and Purchase Invoice (Card) flow for single rows that I created through Power Automate.

Upon further investigation, I noticed that I needed to go to Feature Management and toggle on "Feature: Run Automate Automatically flows without leaving Business Central" but when I navigate myself to this page to search for this feature, it is missing. I've made sure that I am not using any filters that would be hiding this row.

According to some sources, this row is supposed to show for Business Central version 21.0 which further confused me and got me wondering why it is not showing up if my version of Business Central is a revision past this one.

These are the options that I can see at the moment:

This is the feature that I want to enable from a source that I looked up.

I am trialling the Power Automate feature and I can confirm that it is Disabled as my flows that I create from the menu is not showing up as a triggerable menu option.
Your help is much well appreciated.

    Hi,

If you are using SaaS version then it is already enabled for you.

Secondly if you can see the flow on page then it is already enabled.

Please share the image of page where it is shown but not triggerable.

    Thanks for your response.

I can see the Power Automate option but whatever flow I create on it does not show up on the menu for me to trigger or test.

I created a flow for purchase invoices to send out an email of the selected purchase invoices but when I save this flow, I cannot trigger it from Business Central.
I acknowledge that there is a setting I missed.

Hi , me too having the same issue as Joseph. If it is enabled in feature management, we should able to see run flow option ( already set up a flow based on this table).

Do you have any idea on this ?

    Thanks!

     Hi Joseph.Candava ,

I retried with my another account which is the same account for Business Central and Microsoft flow and I can see my flow under Power Automate section ( same condition as you , cannot find 'run power automate'  under feature management ).

My previous case that was not able to detect my flow might due to different accounts was used.

    eg :

Flow : Account A  and BC account : Account B    -- > Cannot find my flow

Flow : Account A  and BC account : Account A    -- >  Can see my flow

    Hope this helps!

May be then its a permission issue.

There is a permission set AUTOMATE EXEC, check if the Account B has this Permission Set assigned.

    Thanks for your responses.

I can see the Power Automate Option so I can confirm that it is already enabled in my system after checking the Power Automate Flow.
I was also able to create a triggerable Power Automate Flow on a Customer card to test that my flow is created properly.

I was able to get the Purchase Invoice Card and Purchase Order List to work by clearing out the Environment Name and Company Name for the Power Automate step "For a selected record (V3)"

How do I make this flow work for multiple selected records so that this can be done in bulk?
