CRM for tablets on Windows 10 doesn't works but in Android and IPhone works fine

I have installed Dynamics CRM 2016 on-premise (Spanish Language) and it's works fine with APPs for Android and IPhone but APPs for Windows 10 tablet or phone thrown a error.

I have enabled a trace with Event Viewer for CRM for tablets and I got these error just after that I typed access credentials:

  • Application cannot resolve ms-appx://microsoft.microsoftdynamicscrmforwindows10/WinJS/fonts/Symbols.ttf debido al siguiente error: DATA_NOT_AVAILABLE
  • CSS3120 : There are not fonts avaliables for rule @font-face

In Spanish:

  • La aplicación no pudo resolver ms-appx://microsoft.microsoftdynamicscrmforwindows10/WinJS/fonts/Symbols.ttf debido al siguiente error: DATA_NOT_AVAILABLE
  • CSS3120 : No hay fuentes disponibles para la regla @font-face

Does anyone know what the issue might be?

    Hi Weimar,

    Windows 10 requires the new CRM for Windows app. Uninstall the App in tablet and phone, restart the tablet and phone, and install the app from the http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=799909

    Could you please verify the steps in the following articles?

    Hi Weimar,

    i got the same issue with our customer. They used to be the app with Windows 10 devices and received the same error you mentioned above. With the upgrade to Dynamics 365 it seems that MSFT fixed it. So no Problems anymore. You should upgrade as soon as possible to solve it.

    I had so much trouble because MS said deinstall/install the app; try to configure IFD again etc. Nothing worked for me because it was just a bug in CRM...
