Not able to print receipt from AX POS

Hi All,

Hope you guys doing well,

When iam trying to print cash or customer account transaction receipt  from POS ,system is throwing bellow message. Please help

Could not print the receipt.Do you want to try printing again.

 But i can able to take the print X report and Z report from POS.
