Dynamics AX 2012 R2 Web Ordering System

Dear all friends,

I have a Dynamics AX 2012 R3  System, but my customer, they want have a "Web ordering system", i don't know how to start? What 's web ordering ? Is that online store?

Please Help Me

    As per my understanding we can Implement Customer Self Service of dynamics AX as Web ordering System

    Please review following link for more details

    The Customer self-service portal is a Web site where you, as an approved customer for an organization, can buy products online

    please verify and update us if this is a acceptable solution to your customer

    Thank you so much your information, but The customer self-service portal, which is an out of box feature of Microsoft Dynamics AX, so i don't know how to start to Implement Customer Self Service?

    Hi Nguyen,

    The answer depends if the web ordering system is used for B2B or B2C. If it is Business to Business, you can use the Enterprise portal as Nitesh mentioned. If it is related to an online webshop for consumers an Online store can be setup using AX retail: technet.microsoft.com/.../jj682095.aspx
