Iam trying to setup emails for one of the companies, but I am unable to send any test emails from my email account setup in Business Central but it shows error which is as follows:
Are you (or the User in question) setup as a member of the Shared Mailbox? Members have the ability to send on-behalf of the shared mailbox. Check your shared mailbox settings to ensure it is properly configured and that you can access it through your normal Outlook Web App.
Maybe you can try to add your error message again so we can see what it reads?
