our customer has just updated their crm 2016 Server (onprem) to December Update 2265 (8.2x).
Finally we were able to add the Dynamics CRM App For Outlook (lightweight) to some test-Outlook clients (and web client, too).
But when we open the app/panel we always get the Login-Dialog where we have to add our credentials.
And even if we type in our correct credentials it keeps prompting the Login-Dialog.
the behaviour is the same in Outlook (onprem) and Outlook.com (online).
any ideas?
