Service orders doesn't appear in docker containers

Good morning,

Today i created a new docker container with the latest W1 version and i can't open the Page Service Order or Service Quote.
On other hand, when i install via DVD those pages appear.
Is this normal behaviour? Will this pages going to end?

Why am i using the docker container?

Using the DVD i can't install the test toolkit for the unit tests(with docker is much easier, since you only need to use the flag -includeTestToolkit). i tried to install the apps independently, but some are using to many dependencies making this process very difficult

add -assignPremiumPlan to your docker script.
