When I attempt to look for a specific record using information from any of the columns on my grid, I get a record not found message and empty grid space.
I’ve identified all the columns on my grid I want searched using the Add Find Columns in the Quick Find View. I’ve edited the filter criteria multiple times using different queries each time.
Yet, when I attempt to search for a specific record in relation to one of my columns on my grid using the search bar, the record won’t populate on the grid.
I have used a partial name and I’ve tried using a wild card (*), just to see if can pull records close those I'm searching for, but this only works sometimes.
It works on one or two columns but not all of them.
What do you think I am missing?
