    Hi,

Can you specify what alignment problems you have and what lines should not be there in Excel?

    Some screenprints would help here.

As an alternative, have you tried using other forms/reports to export the data to excel, such as the trial balance list page in GL or a financial report that can be designed in line with your requirements?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Hi Ludwig,  we want to export Ledger transaction list report  from screen to excel. After importing we had noticed empty columns in the report and after analyzing we identified that the blanc columns are coming because of headers alignment with Lines and because of this we are facing blank columns issue. How can we make headers not effecting the export to excel or can able to show headers in screen and hide while exporting to excel so that we can have only line table. Please find below screenshots for reference.

    Hi,

There are some limitation when export to excel for the SSRS report. Please help to have a check the below docs.

Please feel free raise a support ticket to us if you can always repro without customization, we will escalate to the report designer to have a further check.
