How do I create a View of all emails that have been sent out to any leads or contacts?
Not the email Status Reason of 'ready to send' or Status of 'active' which I can easily access to build a view. But I need to see which emails have been sent out.
It's really not convenient to have to go into each separate email to find out if it has been sent.
Is there a consolidated way to see a list of all sent emails at all?
I've analyzed your question and I'm afraid that's not possible. The Marketing module is special in that not all of the data in it is stored in the Dataverse.For example, this marketing email activity is a type of interaction data, and we can't get them through the Dataverse table at all. I found that the interaction data is stored in the Marketing Insight Services database, and since we can't manipulate that database, we can't go and do custom operations on it.
Currently, you can only see if an email has been sent by looking at the "insights" for each email, perhaps only like this. You can also see how many people it has been sent to via journey. I hope this helps.
