Hi,

We have images at POS that we created through the Retail and Commerce / product images linked to a media file on Azure. For day 1 we generated the URLs and all was good.

Going forward we get new products created. Sepaartely a marketing team put the images of new products, correctly named, into the Azure image directory. What we want to do is run an automated job so that each night the URLs generate for all the new products created to pick up te new images to display at POS.

However I can only see that it is either a manual edit in excel or a manual "generate URs" process.

Does anyone know if there is an automated process for this? Am I missing something?

    Hi partner,

    There is no such automated process.

    You could try the Overwrite by using Edit in Excel section:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../set-up-manage-images-retail-mpos

    Or you can do some customization to reach it.

    We dont have to run Generate URLs, specify the Media Server base URL(Azure url where images are stored) in Retail and commerce-->Channel setup--> Channel Profiles.
