Hi all,
I've been trying to figure out how to give some users privileges to Reason Codes & Site ID on the Item transaction Entry window in Gp2013.
I created a TEST reason code and when the user try to click on the Reason Code it gives the following error message.
Can anyone advice on what security task I need to give the user. Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Eleazar,
Any time you see the security error "You don't have security privileges to this window. Contact your system administrator for assistance", I would refer to KB 857086.

You can resolve these pretty quick just by doing the following in Resolution 4:
1. Get a DEXSQL.log of the error. (do a find on the SY10000)
2. Open the KB 857086 and go to Resolution 4 and do steps 1-3.
3. Take the security description that you find in the SY09400 from step 2 and apply that security setting to a user task if it does not already have a task assigned.

Eleazar, I had the same problem with the Reason Codes and ended up creating a security task that includes access to that window. See picture below.
