Cloud POS - The receipt cannot be generated because a receipt profile has not been set in register's hardware profile.

Dear experts,

I am encounter the error : "The receipt cannot be generated because a receipt profile has not been set in register's hardware profile." while trying to print the receipt and gift receipt on my POS.

I check all settings i know, but cannot find any odd.

Can someone help to advice?

    Hi Thu,

    Do you get the error no matter which receipt you try and print?

    Have you ran the 1070, 1090 and 1110 jobs to send the settings to the channel database?

    Do you get the same error if you test using a register from the Houston store instead of Annapolis?

    Hi Todd Berger,

    Yes, i ran job 9999 (all jobs) but still find the error for Annapolis.

    Houston dont have problem for generating receipt. So i switch on Houston for testing right now.

    For shared hardware stations, the hardware profile is set at the hardware station for the store.
