Locked into a Microsoft Partner for RMS?

Hi,

Can we buy Dynamics products from any "Microsoft Partner"? We were told by one company they have territories, and they would have to let the original company we bought RMS from that we wanted more products, or something like that.

No territories in the U.S. or Canada. Other countries have different deals.

But there is a restriction that the reseller be RMS Certified to sell the product. There are 2, one for Store Ops and another for HQ.
