Bookings not showing on Field Service App

Have an issue where Bookings and Workorders are not showing in App.

Can access the bookings via Customer Asset on App.

The bookings are showing on the schedule board.

No errors in App log.

No changes to system was working yesterday

Have created an MS SR any ideas?

    Hello antc,

    Did you mark "Enable Drip Scheduling" in bookable resource form?

    This happened just for one user or for every user that use the app?

    Hi Shayan,

    No changes just occurred overnight all users.

    Usually this is something to do with the sync filters on the mobile app.

    Is this happening in your DEV or Testing environments? Try adding some bookings to yourself and see if they come though.

    Interestingly I hadn't had much time to troubleshoot.

    I removed all filters in Woodford and they all appeared.

    I then discovered that "Scheduled" and "Committed" had changed to inactive. Time to remove some users privileges.
