Issue In ADCS Connecting

Hi,

When i am connecting Nav from telnet using ADCS I am facing this Error does anyone have idea about ADCS in nav 2016

"Error sending message to Nav: No active message processors listening on the message queue."

    Before you can work with ADCS, you have to configure Microsoft Dynamics NAV by modifying the VT100Plugin configuration file.

    After publishing the “ADCS WS” codeunit as web service copy the published URL in VT100Plugin configuration file.And change the domain Name with IP address.
