Erro Creating Social Media Configuration

Hi Guys,

Just to double check, someone got this erro when creating Social Media Configuration on Dynamcis 365 Marketing?

I don't know if that have started after last Dynamics update.

    Hi Murilo,

    Did you run as administrator to run marketing application?

    If not, you could check whether your current user role has sufficient privileges to create a new Social Media Configuration record.

    > Check user roles that are assigned to your current account

    Top right gear icon > Advanced settings > Security > Users > Open your own user > Manage roles button

    > Assign privileges to user role

    Security > Security Roles > select any one of user role that your account have,

    then find the social posting configuration entity in custom entities tab:

    set it to org level.(You could also set other social post related entities to ensure your user role has sufficient privileges.)
