Dropdown (not checkbox) for boolean fields

Hi all ,I am new to dynamics AX.

I want to create a Boolean field in table.i should get dropdown for that field with false true options.

for that what I did is , I have created a Enum and extended with NoYesID EDT. but when I open the table if I check that field I got checkbox instead of dropdown with two options True False. can anyone pls help me.

Hi alapati, please make sure that titles of your questions describe what the thread is about. The forum would be much less useful if you had to open each thread and read its content to understand whether it's what you're looking for.

Since you are all new to Dynamics AX, Why don't you spend some time reading books and practicing, I do recommend Mastering Dynamics AX Programming book, here I mapped to a preview on how to Add Fields on a Table Check how he created VehicleType.

just create field as an enum and set enum for Noyes as Sukrut mention you as the following below

Hi,

Create a field of type Enum and if you want values No, Yes in the drop down then assign Enum "NoYesCombo" to the field and to get values as False, True in the drop down assign Enum "FalseTrue" to the field.
