Stopped (error): X++ Exception: Changes to the document are only allowed in state Draft, because change management is activated.

Hi everyone,

So when I try to approve the purchase order an error pops out, "Stopped (error): X++ Exception: Changes to the document are only allowed in state Draft, because change management is activated." . 

I search the error via find and debugged, and found out that the error came from this method;

VersioningPurchaseOrder.Change()

I want to ask if when is \Data Dictionary\Tables\PurchTable\Fields\ChangeRequestRequired ticked or unticked; we clicked request change before changing anything so i see this weird.
