Let me know if anyone can help me get answers to below question:

• Maximum number of company database possible in single Dynamics GP server. Whether any limitation of 100 ?

• Whether to use web service require additional license?

• To use Business portal, whether need to buy SharePoint license.

• MAS 200 to GP migration tool available.

Maximum number of company database possible in single Dynamics GP server. Whether any limitation of 100 ? - No Limitation

Whether to use web service require additional license? - Light User license will be require for users accesskng GP data through your application

To use Business portal, whether need to buy SharePoint license.- You can use the free version of SharePoint Foundation 2010

MAS 200 to GP migration tool available. Perhaps in Rapid Application Tool. I still have a MAS90 to GP tool but that was for GP 9.

The rule for licensing data access is quite simple. Let's say you have a 10 user GP license. You also then have a 10 Light User license so you can have 10 people in GP and an additional 10 users accessing the data from any external application. This could be, but not limited to, SSRS, Crystal Reports, custom applications, etc. Now you can purchase additional Light User licenses separately so if you have users who have no need to log into GP but need external access this is the way to go. I suppose somewhere in CustomerSource there may be a more formal declaration but this is the jist of it.
