
Just an FYI to possibly other CRM online customers out there, we were scheduled to have our production CRM Online Spring 2014 instance updated to the 2015 version (not Update 1) last night. Unfortunately, the update is in limbo status - when you go to the CRM URL, you still get an "update is in process" message. This is WAY past the 12 hour update time window - it closed 7 hours ago.
I've got a ticket open with Microsoft and they've just revealed to me that there are apparently a number of CRM organizations in a similar state who were getting updated last night.
No solution yet, but an internal Microsoft ticket has been opened with all of these cases lumped into the one case for resolution. I'm hoping that this will be a high priority for Microsoft since multiple customers are seeing this issue.

I have looked in the issue. The upgrade had some issue and they were rolled back. The next upgrade will be happening for your Org at 28 June. The service engineering team needs to make sure that the upgrade go smooth without breaking any function.
