MS Dynamics 365 finance Trial does not work

Hi,

I registered for Trial version of MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with my business ID. I got the link but after logging in, it does not show anything. Where I can get to show Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, Fleet Management or any other modules to try out.

Please help.

Could you share a screenshot of the system? The free trial doesn't contain all functionalities but it should definetely contain some.

This screenshot is not from D365, it's from Lifecycle Services. LCS is a portal that is used to maintain D365 environments (among many other things).

How did you create the trial? Is it a free trial from trials.dynamics.com? Or did you activate a Customer/Partner trial?

If it's the free trial, you don't get any LCS project, instead you should get an URL that gets you directly to the D365 environment.

If it's customer/partner trial, you need to go to the LCS project, setup Azure connector and deploy a demo system in your Azure subscription.

You should not share the credentials here. Anyway I would assume you would get the environment URL in your email (assuming you activated the free trial). Perhaps you can check once more? Could you share a screenshot of the email?

On clicking the Sign In Link, Attached screen is loads up. In the left navigation menu, the 1st option is 'Dynamics 365' and under it 2nd one is 'Dynamics 365 Operations'. When I click on the 2nd, the Life Cycle Services Screen shows up (with this URL https://lcs.dynamics.com/v2). On clicking the 1st option, the attached screen is displayed (with this URL https://home.dynamics.com/).

I think the second link should take you to your D365 trial system. So there's some issue. Perhaps you could try to activate a new trial.
