I have a number of erroneous of inaccurate personnel action types in Human Resources > Setup > Actions > Personnel action types, that I would like to clean up. However, because of some previously "confirmed" actions in Human resources > Common > Actions > Position actions, I cannot remove them. I get the error: Personnel action types cannot be deleted while dependent Action province/territory exist. Delete dependent Action province/territory and try again.
I am not able to delete from HcmPositionAction, also because this might cause loss of application integrity? Is there a way to remove the "confirmed" actions so I can then delete the Personnel Action Type?
I've just start using the Human Resources module so I'm almost certain that there is no other dependent data. In the past, I've been able to Maintain Versions and delete the history related to an action under Worker Summary for instance. But I don't see that for the history of Personnel action types.
