I need to generate a customized quotation with specific fields and some edits like my company logo.
Actually i read many articles about this subject, but none of them was really complete and simple, and now i don't know which easier to generate the quote through a template(Print quote for customer) or through the report(Run report).
Please advice and share with me useful articles, i'm new to the CRM and specifically to Quotes.

You can use document template frature for this; only limitation would be, you will not be able to show more than 100 line items in it.
If you design a report in visual studio there would not be any limitation like this bit a report would require technical knowledge
If u know you will not have more than 100 line items scenario ever then use a document template

If you are at CRM 2016 UP1 or Dynamics 365, you can easily generate document using predefine templates.
