How to Update "Live" When There is a Delay

Hi:

We went live two weeks ago with Business Central, but point of sale was down due to a hardware issue that has now been fixed.

For the past two weeks, we have been selling product "offline".

In order to get two weeks of over the counter sales and inventory data "up to date" in Business Central for the past two weeks, are there any processes that we need to conduct other than that of a physical inventory?

If you have records of purchases and sales, you should enter and post all POs and SOs in BC to calculate the current inventory, the posting date is better to use the real date.
Of course, if you don't use the Sales and Purchasing module, you can use the Item journal to adjust inventory directly.
