
Since CRM dynamics uses Outlook does it use the Outlook calendar when assigning appointments and tasks . Basically what I am looking at is , if I go to the CRM and set an appointment to a specific Lead , it should appear on the outlook calendar as well . Currently it doesn’t appear what should be the reason for this . Is there any configuration or a button to be triggered .
