Microsoft Dynamics SL (Archived)

Error 6201 Report execution fails. Error = A StartDocPrinter call was not issued.

We are getting this message when executing report 04650OMC - Receipts register.

I have search the kwonledge base and I can't find anything besides a problem using parameters in a Crystal Reports which we are not using.

Does anybody knows how to correct this situation?

    Hello MMaafs,

    This error can be caused by printer redirection issues.  Are you using Terminal Server?  Please check to see if each user has the 'Use Windows Default Printer' and 'Save as Default' checked in SL, and is the printer in question set as the Windows Default Printer for the users.
