
Hi all,
Got an odd one, When one of our users shares a Doc from within Word or Excel, anything they write in the emails is stripped out. If I turn the CRM plug in off, they send through fine.
I can't find anything like this online have any of you come across similar, or is this a red herring and its something to do with the MS office install.
Addtional info Dynamics 365 with 2.1 update and Office 365.

What plug-in is causing the issue? Since you know what plug-in is causing the issue, you can either leave the plug-in deactivated or debug and fix it.
