I have email recipients who have accidentally marked our emails as spam in their email clients. They have contacted us that they do want our emails and it was an accident. In CI-J /Communications/ preview you can remove recipients from suppression lists. But because they marked as spam, they are permanently blocked and cannot be removed.
If they undo the Spam and allow the email address, does Microsoft somehow allow us to send to them again? Or do we have to submit a Microsoft ticket to get them to allow it in CI-J?
Based on this note: I would say there is no way except a ticket with Microsoft along with an email from the recipient.
Note
Email addresses listed due to feedback loop/spam complaints will never be eligible for delisting due to privacy and data protection regulations. Such emails can only be requested to be removed by the recipient owner of the email address. Senders cannot get approval to remove such addresses.
Thanks!
