Hi Raul,
Simple answer from me is based on its name.
Microsoft usually has a good and easy to remember name.
Based on its name, Dynamics Marketing is focusing on Marketing, starting from Project or program for prospecting, Campaign, Campaign, Marketing, and promotion Material, covering budgeting, approval, execution, ROI Measurement.
It fits to Brand or Product Manager and Campaign or Marketing Manager.
It has good visualization and user friendly, easy movement, has drag and drop features.
And for Dynamics CRM, based on its name, CRM is more focusing on Customer Relationship Management, which is not only about Marketing, but it has 3 main modules, Marketing, Sales, and Service, so it is end to end solution to get prospect, opportunity, customer, and then maintain the post-sales.
It fits not only to Product Manager or Marketing Person, it also fits to Service Department employee and Salesperson as well.
So for some companies, they only implement Service, then they use Service Module in Dynamics CRM, for example Call Center for Banking, etc. Or they only focus to Account and Contact Management then they use its xRM function.
CRM has Marketing module, but Dynamics Marketing leverages its function more detail and automated, including leveraged Marketing List, Marketing Activities, Event Management, Campaign, and even Budgeting Approval and ROI Measurement.
Meanwhile, CRM still focuses on many modules and dynamics CRM has its extensibility and capability more than other CRM or Marketing Software to become XRM Platform that can be extended based on customer wanted and can integrate to other system as well.
Unfortunately, no trial to get demo, maybe 1 month demo like CRM has, for Dynamics Marketing.
But you can try to test drive:

Hope this helps!
Thanks.
