How can we view the exceptions log messages for Odata integration .

What exactly do you mean by exceptions log messages?

In ax 2012 under the system administration -> service and application framework -> Exceptions , here we can view the error log details. Same as i want to view the error log in D365 for odata integration .Please suggest me a solution .

The old framework doesn't exist anymore.
Use event logs (and other tools such as Failed Request Tracing of Fiddler) in development environments and telemetry in production.
