Microsoft Dynamics GP - FA YEC what is the ramifications if you don't close all Books prior to do depreciation for a closed book

Hi, 

I understand that it is recommended that you close all books prior to doing depreciation for the new year for one of the books, however, the client is curious as to what the ramifications are if you don't close All the Books first. 

i.e. from  Microsoft  Dynamics GP FA YEC Tips & Tricks:   You must close the year for all Books, however, you do not need to close them all at the same time.  With that being said, all books should be closed before processing any depreciation for the new year.

    I think close book only for depreciate book 

    if we have Internal Book and Tax Book 

    and the company setup asset for the internal 

    so only Internal closed for YEC not all
