Getting Duplicate message extension when starting service in India version "Minor Head Type"

We have restore Demo Database India OnPrem Version, configured Service Instance,now when we are trying to start service we found below message in event viewer.

Its just a message, but a worry to us is the update if we need to do, would we get error on this.

Message The object name 'Minor Head Type' can only appear once for the type 'Enum'. The same object exists in both extension ('eddcf82e-482c-49d1-836b-ad0284f2c5b0' 'India TCS', Publisher: Microsoft, Package ID: f8a50222-3c5d-43a8-a69c-2a20698ff5ad, Runtime Package ID: ce347927-99ad-4fc6-8c48-8e65ac0f738b, Scope: Global, Version: 19.2.32968.33504) and in extension ('eae5779e-7797-4c4c-977e-7516652b7a65' 'India TDS', Publisher: Microsoft, Package ID: 49eb81c7-9f15-4875-b613-9f0bf944bc8c, Runtime Package ID: e5d377f8-d61c-4389-bfb6-590fec9623a6, Scope: Global, Version: 19.2.32968.33504).

    Its due to DEMO license used and another instance already having same license is already running.  Anyways your service should start.

    Hi,

    Uninstall the extension and then try to again install because i was faced this type of issue.

    Note that, when you do the above activity. Pls take backup of Database.
