Why didn't set Use Hierarchy with Yes in Rollup Field

As shown below,dont't set  Use Hierarchy with Yes.Don't know why, please help.

    Hi Yaqiong Xin  

    You must have atleast one hierarchy setting active. See the screenshot below and you'll be able to edit your rollup field hierarchy.
