Expense Management: France VAT rule on Fuel Expenses in D365 F&O

Hi Experts,

In France, we can only reclaim 80% of VAT on fuel bills / oil (and not 100% VAT as per French general tax rules).
 
How D365 could calculate that to comply with this specific local rules?
