If I understand, you're trying to attach emails to a record in CRM?
If you want to create a new email, you can do it like this: www.microsoft.com/.../add-a-phone-call-task-email-or-appointment-activity-to-a-case-or-record.aspx
If you just want to track a few email records in Outlook to records in CRM, you can install the CRM for Outlook client and track the emails like this: www.microsoft.com/.../track-outlook-email-by-choosing-a-button-in-crm-for-outlook.aspx
If you want to automatically track incoming emails to CRM through outlook, you can set that up here: www.microsoft.com/.../set-an-option-to-automatically-track-incoming-outlook-email-in-crm-for-outlook.aspx
Finally, if you're on CRM Online and want to track emails from Office 365, you can do that like so: www.microsoft.com/.../crm-app-for-outlook-user-s-guide-lightweight-app.aspx
