I am trying to run RetailSDK sample extension projects, and before I build the project, I run ‘dotnet restore’ to generate nupkg files. But there is always timeout error, like below
context as below

The Nuget package settings as below The packages could not be downloaded from VS, but if I directly launch the link from the browser, I can download them manually.
The package source is "https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json" named as "NugetDotOrg".
Could anyone help with this issue? How can I directly download the packages via VS?

But if I directly use the hyperlink in a browser I can successfully download the package, so it is very important for us to resolve this download timeout issue to improve the build performance.
And the package source we're using is api.nuget.org/.../index.json
