Hi all,
I'm investigating whether or not my organisation could make use of the CRM for Mobile app in order to help with things like offline/remote data capture. I downloaded the app onto my personal iPhone just to see if I could sign in and what kind of things I could do with it out of the box. I read that the first person to sign in for a given organisation should prepare for a long wait as it has to build some metadata for all the customisations before downloading them... but I've been stuck looking at this screen for about 4 hours now. Does it usually take this long? Is there something I should change to help this along? Has anyone else had a similar experience? We're using a CRM Online instance and I'm trying to connect to our Sandbox version, if that's relevant at all...
Any advice appreciated!
