hello, this year we have implemented ERP Dynamics 365 BC version W1 14.3 i.e. 14.0.48501.0 and we use a local client in order to access the solution. The application works great on Windows 10 Pro, but a large part of us are forced to upgrade to the Windows 11 PRO version. Every time an update appears, Win 11 almost blocks us from working and the application also has delays running on Windows 11 Pro platform: for example, to access the Articles section, it stays and shows that it is blocked (Not Responding) for about 5-7 seconds. At Clients, it stays for about 4-5 seconds. In order to unlock the computers and people to be able to work, I disabled the updates Win 11 Pro updates, but this is not a solution and there is no impact. Sometimes we have to restart the computer and sometimes is working (we have a reasonable speed for work with the app) but I don't know how I should proceed?!
It seems that there is an incompatibility between ERP Dynamics 365 BC version W1 14.3/ 14.0.48501.0 and Microsoft Win 11 Pro. Please advice!
