Formula number is missing on planned batch order AX2012 R2

Hello,

Has anyone else encountered this? On some items the formula number is not automatically chosen after we calculate the net requirements and get a planned batch order to firm. It is however in the drop down, so if we simply choose it we can firm the order.

This only happens when the required CW quantity is 1. If there is more than 1 the formula number is automatically there.

Thanks in advance,

Sounds like your formula versions are quantity specific.   Can you share a screenshot of the Formula Version?

    Hi Colby,

This is the original version (I don't know why it was set up with 3,2 per series). I have also tried other variations of the Quantity and Per series. (1-1; 0,1-0,1). Our customer is not running full manufacturing in ax yet, so we use a temp formula that contains only an empty item.

It's the "From CW size" that's causing it.  You can try setting this to 0, or set a default order setting that will ensure an order drops for at least 1 CW unit.
