Update Record via Excel Import

Hello.

We need to update 8300 records, we export data from crm as static datasheet and update and import it to crm. but crm does not recognize any records in analyzing data, as you can see in below in screen. anybody know where is the problem?

    You can't really see the problem from this view. A wild guess is that you imported the same file without making any adjustments to it. I recommend you to do it again and double check if you actually have updated and saved the Excel file before importing it again. My best practice is to save it under a different name, so I have a copy of the original state and the new state.

    If you still encounter the same problem, please open the import record in Dynamics to see what the feedback is from the system.
