customer journey and or condition

Hi,

Hope you all are okay

I have a question about the segment condition in a customer journey.

I want to send a email campaign on a customer journey, but im not sure at all when AND / OR should be used

If you can, could you give an example please

    Hi,

    The "and / or" here only makes sense if you have set two segments.

    For example, you need to set the audience to a contact in segment A but not in segment B. Then the condition is set to

    Segment A Inclusion and Segment B exclusion.

    If you need to set the audience to a contact in segment A or segment B, then this condition is set to

    Segment A Inclusion or Segment B Inclusion.
