Hi All,
I am trying to post a cancel entry of a FA through FA G/L journal. But getting this error message. Can anyone know what's the issue?
The first entry must be an acquisition cost for the Fixed asset
Fixed Asset Ledger Entry table must have an entry type of Acquisition Cost for each asset. I assume the posting date in the journal for one of the mentioned assets is before the Acquisition Cost entry or you do not have one logged for a specific asset. Double check the journal and the mentioned sub ledger to determine which asset is causing you the issue.
