Invitation code is showing blank

Hi Team,

We have community portal linked with CRM instance. While submitting sing up form from portal, a contact gets created along with auto generated email to redeem invitation of the contact. On click of the link to redeem the invitation code, it shows blank and couldn't proceed with redeem invitation. Could you please let me know why this is happening so and how to fix it since this is in production. 

Please note that this was working perfectly earlier and stopped working now. Also,it works fine in both Dev and UAT instance.

    Hello Leo,

    OOB Send Invitation (workflow) is responsible for sending invitation email, could you please check if your workflow are up and running fine,

    Hope this will resolve your issue by looking your workflow responsible for invitation.

    Hello Ambesh,

    Thanks for this suggestion. Yes, Send invitation and create invitation for contact are in activated state and are working fine. The issue is when I went to invitation entity to check if any record has created on creation of contact, I was able to see that a record was created without invitation code. If the invitation code is generated, then it would work perfectly.

    Is there any limitation that only for N number of records invitation code would be created?

    Hello Leo,

    No there is not any limit as I know from the best of my knowledge, you can create millions of invite and send to users.

    If you are sure everything is working fine except code generation, you may raise the MS support ticket.
