How to Display entity/table showing Participants in Remote Assist Call?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to display the Call History-> Participants (the same way it is displayed in the teams admin center) in a dynamics solution?

Is there an entity/table displaying the Participants in a Remote Assist Call?

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi Michail,

The Remote Assist Calls are recorded in CRM simply as Phone Call activities. Most of the values are populated as you would expect such as the Call From and To values as well as with a description containing some of the information you are looking for such as "Outgoing call that lasted 0:00:25.83025 between the following people: User A, User B".

However bear in mind that you must have the Remote Assist application installed in your CRM for the integration to take place. You can further drill down on the data recorded in CRM using the out of the box Remote Assist Calls dashboard. It should also provide you with all the information you are looking for.

So to sum up the data is stored using the Phone Call entity and there is no additional Remote Assist specific entity containing more details on the call.
