Workflow process instance viewer showing 'NullReferenceException'

Hi,

we get this error (see screenshot) whenever we open up the process instance view of any workflow.

It occurs for all workflows, but not dialogs. The workflow itself seems to have run just fine, it's just the instance viewer that's throwing an error.

It also only happens in our production environment, the test- and dev-environments are fine.

Has anybody an idea what might be wrong?

Hello,

Unless you have a custom code, which I doubt, I would suggest a MS ticket, so that they can plan a fix for all users.

Seems to have been a temporary issue. Currently we can view all process instance details again.

My stomach tells me, that this might be an issue we have to deal with in the cloud now occasionally?

If anybody else has or had this problem, please comment. For now we'll set this aside (until we face it again)...
