I was entering a PO in store ops all 119 entries were saved. I was able to exit out of the PO and then go back into the PO and all of my lines were still there. Well I logged out and came back the next morning and I only have 44 lines. Has this ever happened to anyone?

Are so sure that someone else hasn't made changes to the purchase order?

I have never seen this happen.
