Report 1306 - Multiple Copies

Hi, 

We are using the Standard Sales Invoice Report (1306) in BC SaaS and we would like that when an invoice is printed, a second copy of the invoice is printed too with the header  SALES INVOICE - COPY. 

Is there a way how this can be done via the report selection setup (or maybe also through a report extension)? Or do we need to create a completely custom report?

    The standard report already have a copylbl that can be printed if the invoice is printed more than once.

    But you can also make a report extension to customize that copy lable. The text it prints in the standard system is just "Copy".

    So no need to make a custom report.

    Just know that the word layout can not do conditional field values like rdlc can. So you will have to maintain you report layout in rdlc format.

    Hi,

    You can follow below steps.

    1. Refer the attached link how you can export the standard layout of report and then once you perform the export steps.

    www.cloudfronts.com/.../

    2. Open the file and then copy the entire layout and paste it bottom of report layout word file.

    3. change the bottom report document title and then import the layout and update the layout as mentioned in the blog.

    4. Run the report you would be able to print 2 reports.
